10th District Congressman Mark Kirk’s phone message line was full, his email was blocked, and his door was locked - but a group of testy protestors showed up in person at his Northbrook office to slam Kirk for his turncoat vote on Cap $ Tax. Seems his constituents just are not buying the silly global warming argument or his “worry” about our dependence on foreign oil. Kirk seems willing to sacrifice the downstate Illinois coal industry (and workers), expand Obama’s soak the rich tax/punishment agenda to every working American, and then hand over business regulation to foreign countries (check out the extra 300 pages of C$T legislation that were slipped in at 3 a.m., just before the vote.) Sadly, Kirk has never had good instincts about his district, maybe because he never lived here after high school.

Let’s see: no instincts, no conservative principles - maybe he needs that hard D beside his name?
