No matter how much we borrow, no matter how much we raise taxes and fees, no matter how many casinos we build, the people of Illinois will continue to suffer until we get new leadership in Springfield. It’s time to end the irresponsible piling up of debt and the deadbeat practice of not paying our bills.
The only way to change the direction of Illinois is to send a new generation of public servants to Springfield. It’s time for us to put our trust in citizen legislators with real-world backgrounds. Only then will Springfield reflect the needs of the people and begin to take the actions necessary to turn this state around.
